Video as a Marketing Tool

Including video on your website, and in your marketing efforts, gives people a reason to connect with you, so they can know, like, and trust you.

And, as you know, the more trust you build with your potential clients, the more likely they will one day convert and become actual paying clients.

Other great video ideas include answering your clients’ frequently asked questions in a question and answer format, and testimonials from your satisfied customers.

Video Production Tips

There are simple things you can do to ensure that your video quality makes for a smooth viewer experience.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, but putting a little time in on the details goes a long way.

1. Always face the light, don’t have light behind you.

2. Make sure the sound quality is good.  I recommend you buy a cheap lavaliere microphone on Amazon if necessary.

3. Dress to impress.  You want to exude professionalism.

Keep it in mind that you want to spend 20{cf5d02f31badde63b68d55c0bed56ab5356094abc2057734bc0088249d8536d3} of your time creating the video and 80{cf5d02f31badde63b68d55c0bed56ab5356094abc2057734bc0088249d8536d3} of the time promoting it.

Aiming for perfection will ultimately slow you down.

Make it good and then get it out there so it can start working for you.

Repurposing Your Content

This can work in two ways.

You can repurpose the videos you make into blog articles and ebooks, or you can take your writing and use it for scripts for your videos.

Don’t worry about repetition.

No one reads everything, and people are on different platforms as it is.

Just focus on producing consistent content with value.
